Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Serviloq website and services (the “Services”), provided by LTI Group LLC. By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

What Serviloq is

Serviloq is a merchant software and intelligence platform. We provide software and intelligence that help merchants understand and improve how AI shopping assistants can find, understand, and compare their products. Serviloq is not a retailer, a dropshipper, a fulfillment company, a payment intermediary, or a merchant of record. You remain responsible for your store, your customers, your pricing, and your checkout.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Services, and you agree to provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

The Scan and readiness reports

Serviloq Scan produces a readiness score and a report of suggested improvements. It is a diagnostic tool for your information. It is not a certification, an endorsement, or a guarantee of any particular ranking, placement, visibility, or sales on any AI system, search engine, or marketplace. Outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.

Acceptable use

• Use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable platform terms.
• Only submit URLs and connect stores that you own or are authorized to manage.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Services.

Your content and permissions

You retain ownership of your store data and content. You grant us the permissions necessary to process that data to provide the features you enable. We do not make material changes to your store data without your approval.

Third-party services

The Services may work alongside third-party platforms (for example your commerce platform). Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for third-party services.

Intellectual property

The Services, including the Serviloq name, software, and content we provide, are owned by LTI Group LLC and its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights in our intellectual property except the limited right to use the Services as intended.

Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any result or recommendation will achieve a particular outcome.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LTI Group LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

Changes

We may modify these Terms or the Services from time to time. When we make material changes to these Terms, we will update the “last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
