Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Serviloq, a product of LTI Group LLC (“we”, “us”), handles information in connection with the Serviloq website and services. We design for data minimization: we aim to collect only what we need to provide the service you asked for.

Information we collect

• Information you provide. When you run a scan, you give us a store or product URL to analyze. When you contact us or request early access, we receive the email address and details you choose to send.
• Information from your store, with your permission. If you connect a store (for example a Shopify store), we process the catalog and related data needed to provide the features you enable.
• Basic usage information. Like most websites, we may collect limited technical information (such as pages viewed and general device or browser type) to keep the service reliable and secure.

How we use information

• To provide, maintain, and improve the Serviloq services you use.
• To generate your readiness score, reports, and related recommendations.
• To respond to your questions and early-access requests.
• To protect the service against abuse, fraud, and security threats.

We process merchant data for the purposes you engage us for. We do not sell your personal information.

Consumer queries and analytics

Where our services draw on shopper demand data (for example from our consumer product, AI Price Selector), queries are anonymized before they are used for analytics. We use this to help merchants understand demand — not to identify individual shoppers.

Sharing

We share information only as needed to run the service: with service providers who process data on our behalf under appropriate obligations, when required by law, or to protect rights and safety. We do not sell personal information to third parties.

Data retention

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes described here, and apply retention limits appropriate to each type of data. When data is no longer needed, we take steps to delete or anonymize it.

Your choices

• Access and export. You can request a copy of the account data we hold about you.
• Deletion. You can request deletion of your account and associated data, subject to limited exceptions such as legal obligations.
• Communications. You can opt out of non-essential emails at any time.

Store platform data

When you connect a supported store platform, we handle the platform’s data in line with its developer requirements, including honoring privacy and data-deletion requests the platform sends us.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including encrypted transport and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we do not claim any specific security certification on this page.

International users

Serviloq is operated from the United States and initially serves merchants there. If you access the service from another region, be aware that your information may be processed in the United States. We continue to review applicable privacy laws as we expand and will update this policy accordingly.

Children

Serviloq is a business service and is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service evolves. When we make material changes, we will update the “last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
