About

Software that helps merchants win in agentic commerce

Serviloq is a product of LTI Group LLC. We build tools and intelligence that help merchants get their products found, understood, and chosen by AI shopping assistants.

Why we're building Serviloq

Shopping is changing. More people are letting AI assistants read product data, compare options, and narrow down what to buy. Those systems reward catalogs they can actually understand — and quietly skip the ones they can’t.

Most merchants have no clear way to see how ready they are for this shift, or what to fix. Serviloq exists to make that measurable and actionable: start by requesting early access to the readiness score, fix what matters, and keep your catalog healthy as agentic shopping grows.

What we are — and aren’t

Serviloq is a merchant software and intelligence platform.

  • Not a retailer
  • Not a dropshipper
  • Not a fulfillment company
  • Not a payment intermediary
  • Not a merchant of record

Your store, your customers, and your checkout stay yours.

How we work

Principles we hold ourselves to

Honest by default

We don't publish prices we haven't committed to, invent testimonials, or call a diagnostic a certification. If a module isn't ready, we say so.

You stay in control

Serviloq never changes your store on its own. Material product changes always wait for your approval.

Privacy-minded

We minimize the data we collect, use merchant data only for the purposes you engage us for, and support export and deletion.

Where we're starting

A focused, honest launch scope

We're starting narrow on purpose, so we can do it well before we expand.

Our initial focus

  • Platform: Shopify
  • Language: English
  • Region: United States first, with the architecture ready for Canada, the UK, and Australia.

Categories we start with

  • Home & office
  • Furniture & décor
  • Tools & home improvement
  • Outdoor
  • Hobbies & crafts
  • Pet accessories (no food, medicine, or ingestibles)
  • Low-risk consumer accessories

We intentionally exclude regulated and high-liability categories at launch (for example medicine, alcohol, tobacco, weapons, financial products, and ingestible supplements). Read more about the platform on the platform overview.
