Agentic commerce readiness, explained
The Agentic Commerce Readiness Score tells you how ready your catalog is for AI shopping assistants — and, more usefully, what to fix first.
What the readiness score is
The Agentic Commerce Readiness Score is a diagnostic. It measures how well AI shopping assistants can find, understand, and compare the products in your catalog, and it returns a prioritized, plain-English report of what’s holding you back. It is a score and a report — not a certification, not a badge, and not a guarantee of ranking or placement on any AI platform. Think of it the way you’d think of a health check: a clear read on where you stand and what to address, not a promise about outcomes you don’t control.
Serviloq Scan produces this readiness score along with the report — it’s in early access, and free to get. Request access to see where you stand, with no obligation and no account required.
The factors it measures
The score is built from the concrete signals AI systems depend on to work with a catalog. Each factor below is checked and explained in your report:
Structured product data
Valid schema.org Product markup that AI systems can parse.
Titles & descriptions
Clear, complete, attribute-rich product text.
Product identifiers
GTIN, MPN, and brand signals that disambiguate your items.
Variants & attributes
Size, color, material, and other options expressed cleanly.
Images
Present, accessible, and correctly associated with products.
Inventory & pricing signals
Availability and price that are readable and consistent.
Delivery, returns & support
Shipping, returns, and support policies that shoppers and agents can find.
Crawler access
Pages reachable by well-behaved crawlers without being blocked.
Checkout accessibility
A path to purchase that isn't hidden behind barriers.
Canonical URLs & mobile
Canonical, mobile-usable pages with reasonable performance.
Feed consistency
Product feeds that agree with what's on your storefront.
Merchant Center readiness
Signals that align with common shopping-surface requirements.
How to read your report
A long list of issues isn’t helpful on its own, so the report is prioritized by impact. It surfaces the changes most likely to affect how well agents can work with your catalog first, so you can start with the fixes that matter most rather than working alphabetically or guessing. Each item is written in plain English, with enough context to understand what’s wrong and why it matters.
Scores change as your catalog changes
Your readiness isn’t fixed. Adding products, editing descriptions, updating prices, changing policies, or adjusting how your store is built can all move the score — up or down. That’s why a single scan is a starting point, not the finish line. As your catalog evolves, keeping an eye on the same factors over time helps you catch regressions before they cost you. Serviloq Monitor is being built to watch for exactly those problems continuously.
Serviloq never changes your store
The readiness report is advice, not action. Serviloq doesn’t reach into your store and edit it for you. The recommendations are yours to review and act on — in whatever order and on whatever timeline makes sense for your business. You stay in control of your catalog, your storefront, and every change made to them.
